loss, muscle gain, and injury prevention. Personal training is the

personal trainers are committed to setting goals with you and go 110% towards
helping you realize your goals.
Our personal training packages are based on batches of ten sessions, each lasting one hour. Each person will receive a fitness pre-assessment, personalized 10-week exercise program, nutritional guidelines, meal plans, recipes, post-assessment, and a free S2 t-shirt.

Personal Training Packages:
1-on-1 training: $650 for 10 sessions
2-on-1 training: $500 for 10 sessions
3 (and above)-on-1 training: $400 for 10 sessions
